ABOUT US
About Dr. Fricke
Dr. Fricke grew up in Monroe, WA. His father was a chiropractor in Monroe, and his grandfather was a dentist in Bothell, WA. Dr. Fricke received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University at Buffalo in NY.
After graduation he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in Yakima, WA.
Dr. Fricke enjoys spending time with his 5 kids. One of his favorite hobbies is building with Legos with his children. Dr. Fricke and his family live in Sultan where they enjoy being part of the community.

New Patients
Thank you so much for considering us to be your new dental provider. Here at Sultan Dental Center we pride our self in customizing every treatment plan to meet each patients individual needs.
At your first appointment, you can expect a full evaluation of your oral health, personal one on one time with the doctor, and a treatment presentation of your options to achieve your best oral health.
If you have insurance benefits you would like for us to consider, please let us know with advanced notice so that we have time to prepare prior to your appointment.
Also, if you are transferring care, please be sure to fill out the records release form attached to the new patient paperwork below. Legally they can not disclose your records to us with out that form filled out. Which, in turn, may result in lack of insurance benefits for redoing the steps to achieve a full picture of your oral health. If we can use previous records in our exams, it saves you time and money.
Because your oral health is systemic, and your insurance information is complex, it is vital to our success that you print and complete ALL of the new patient paperwork in advance to your first appointment. Failure to do so may result in a reschedule of your initial appointment.
